He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Price and Loretta Price (O'Neill); and his siblings, Pam Hudelson, Walter Price and Bob Price.
He is survived by: his daughters, Vicki L. Mutter (Timothy) and Penny L. Frymoyer; his sister-in-law Alice Nester; and his grandchildren, Edward Terwilliger, Ashley Mutter, Hayley Quigley (Zachary) and Adam Terwilliger. He is also survived by several great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Jim's name to New Hanover Lutheran Church Memorial Fund, 2941 Lutheran Rd., Gilbertsville, PA 19525. Donations will be used to support those in Hospice Care.
