He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth George and Emma Jane Bush (Yocum); and his sons, Paul J. Bush and Vincent Bush. He is survived by: his sons, John G. Bush of Aurora, CO and David A. Bush (Cindy) of Gilbertsville; his grandchildren, Ashley Madl, Ryan Bush and Krista Bush; his great grandchildren, Caiden John Bush and Braxton Jose Bush; and his sisters, Claire Trimble, Judy Hoffman and Donna Kay Steck.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Gerald's memory to St. Aloysius Church, 223 Beech St., Pottstown, PA 19464.
