With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Gavin Lee Caban of Pottstown, Pennsylvania, who passed away on February 14, 2025 at the age of 24. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his grandfathers, Blair Fanfera, Joseph Bruno and Steven Caban; his great-grandparent Frank Fanfera; and his uncle James Fanfera.
He is survived by: his parents, Andrea Fanfera and Greg Caban; his father-in-law Jeffrey Owens; his stepmother Kristina Caban; his grandmother Vaune Bruno; his great-grandparent Virginia Fanfera; his grandparents, Michele and Tony Longo; his siblings, Eli, Garret, Alanna, Raina, Adele and Levi; his aunts, Elizabeth, Vivian and Marissa; his uncle Brian; and his great-uncle Leonard Andrien. He is also survived by many other aunts, uncles and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Calvary Chapel (217 Dowlin Forge Rd, Exton, PA 19341). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
