She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Miller and Edna Miller (Webster); her son Richard E. Nesley Jr.; her siblings, Russell Miller and Margaret Carfagno; and her grandchildren, Tom and Tad Jonik.
She is survived by: her daughters, Cherie Mitchell (James), Beverly Jonik (Joseph Jonik Sr.) and Robyn Surette (Mark); and her grandchildren, Stephanie Waltz-Daugherty, Stephen Waltz, Joe Jonik Jr., Kyle, Jared Surette and Richard Nesley III.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Brandywine Valley SPCA (1212 Phoenixville Pike, West Chester, PA 19380) in Elsie's name.
