She was predeceased by: her parents, Marcelious Wright and Marguerite Lena Wright (Smith). She is survived by: her husband Leroy Watson; her sister Harriet E. Smith; and her sons, Mark Carter, Larry Carter, Sidney Porter, Keith Carter, Guy Carter, Kim Carter, Jay Carter Sr. and Timothy Carter. She is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, February 7th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Warker-Troutman Funeral Home (726 E High St, Pottstown, PA 19464). A funeral service was held on Friday, February 7th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, February 7th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Highland Memorial Park Cemetery (701 Farmington Ave, Pottstown, PA 19464).
