He was predeceased by: his spouse Clare W. Bowersox; his parents, Clarence W. Bowersox and Joan Ewaka; and his brothers, Jeff and Jerry Bowersox.
He is survived by: his children, Joy Broyles and Bill Bowersox, III (Erika); his granddaughters, Rebecca Broyles and Sofia Bowersox; his sisters, Robyn Linder (David) and Pamela Davis (Robert); his siblings-in-law, Joseph, Karen Wright, Terrell, Aline Bynum, Deborah McKinney, William Sabatino (late Bet) and Jeanne Bowersox; and his friend Marina. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers the family is requesting donations to help towards funeral expenses.
