He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Robert McIlvee Sr. and Beatrice Miller (Powell) of Virginia. He is survived by: his wife Darlene Elva (Griesemer); his daughters, Courtney Alvarado (Ricardo) and Kendra Twitty (Brandon); his grandchildren, Tyler Charles McIlvee, Kate M. Twitty and Bryar E. Twitty; and his sisters, Nancy Moyer, Suzanne Banyai and Blenda Christian.
