She was predeceased by: her parents, Merritt Francis and Anna Francis Kugler (Feick); her son Steven Horosky; her brother Eugene Francis; and her grandsons, Jason and Jared.

She is survived by: her daughters, Lori Horosky, Marcella Reber (Rick) and Amy Jo Horosky; her granddaughters, Kumiko and Cara; her great grandchildren, Kahlin, Lyric and Luca; and her cousins, Ray and Fay Feick.
