It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Barbara L. Neely (Pottstown, Pennsylvania), who passed away on February 10, 2023, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Raymond L. Ricketts and Betty Ricketts (Williams); her children, Renada Whitehurst (Willis) and Charles Jarrett Neely; her siblings, Donna R. Collick (Ralph), Saundra B. Knuckles (Charles) and Raymond L. Ricketts III; her grandchildren, Natasha Watson, Tiarra Carpenter, Tyree Carpenter Jr., Malachi Neely, Nasya Neely and Cora Neely; her sibling Iana Acevedo; her uncle Bruce Ricketts; and her goddaughters, Tecia Grinnage and Rae Ricketts. She was also cherished by nieces and nephews, and an abundance of cousins and friends.
