She was predeceased by: her husband Gerard "Jerry" C. Lubinsky; her parents, Adam Rogalski and Stella Rogalski (Majcher); and her brother Adam Rogalski. She is survived by: her son Jerry; her daughter-in-law Monica Lubinsky; her grandchildren, Michael and Kelli Lubinsky; her sister Rose; and her brother-in-law Edward Fronczak.
