He is survived by: his wife Melanie Guardiani (Stiefel); his father Louis Guardiani; his stepparents, Erick Stiefel and Natalie Guardiani (Orazi); his sons, Anthony "A. J." Guardiani Jr. and Aleczander "Alec" Guardiani; his brother Christopher Guardiani (Deb Lyle); and his sisters-in-law, Christina (Nick LaScala) and Ericka (John Vartabedian). He is also survived by niece and two nephews.
