She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Puy and Edith De Puy (Brands); her siblings, Rita, Bud and Lee De Puy; and her husband Charles F. Lewis.
She is survived by: her children, Rick, William, Kenny Golden, Jean De Franco (Dominic) and Cheryl Golden (Charles); her nephew Jim; her niece Sharon Willever; her granddaughter Sheila Altif; and her great grandchildren, Michelle, Alessa, Abbey, Amryn Lewis and Annie Flint. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren, 5 great great grandchildren.
