He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester Edgar and Betty Stemp Edgar. He is survived by: his wife Cindy Lee Phillips Edgar; his stepson Randy Sammis (Stephanie Bush) of Evans City; his grandchildren, Christopher and Abigail Bush; and his sister Bonnie McCracken (Don) of Illinois.
