He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael Moser and Leila Moser (Smith); his brother William Moser; and his grandson Shane Rusnock. He is survived by: his wife Diane L. Moser (Bridge); his children, Terri Rusnock (John) of Ellwood City, Traci Moser of Pittsburgh and Kevin Moser (Diana) of Ellwood City; and his siblings, Patricia Geer of Portersville and Larry Moser of South Carolina. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren, and 6 great grandchildren.
