She was predeceased by : her parents, Walter Smith and Thelma Bartle McKinney Smith; her husband Kenneth Burns; her sons, Kenneth, Larry and Randy Burns; her great grandchild Kaylee Marie; and her siblings, Walt (Lenore), Norman McKinney (Rose) and Joann Piccirillo (Patsy).

She is survived by : her daughter Vicki Streckeisen (Dell) of Ellwood City; her grandchildren, Sean (Dawn), Brent, Larry Burns, Troy (Tammy), Josh (Nicole), Kassi Streckeisen (Henry), Danielle, Nicole and Joel Carosi; her great grandchildren, Katie, Patrick, Jenessa, Allissa, Brittany, Matthew, Emelia, Jeremi, Logan and Landon; her great great grandchildren, Lincoln and Eloise; and her daughters-in-law, Peggy and Patty Burns.
