He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Burr and Mary Clark Burr; his daughter Belinda; and his sister Marsha. He is survived by: his sons, Christopher Burr (Miranda) of Evans City and Justin Burr (Shelly) of Brighton Heights; his siblings, C. Randy, Darlene, Charlotte, Janice and Lila (Judy); and his grandchildren, Brittney, Bradyn and Carley.
The family has suggested memorial donations be made to the Kinsey-Volz Funeral Home to help defray costs.
