It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Dorothy Breitenstein of Portersville, Pennsylvania, born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, who passed away on January 25, 2024, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert S. Brunner and Rose Marie Waronsky Brunner; her husband John Breitenstein, Jr.; her son Frank James Breitenstein; and her sisters, Janice Matoka and Eleanor Wuerger.
She is survived by: her children, Jeffrey Breitenstein (Rebecca) of Grove City, Lorraine Breitenstein Peterson (Rick) of New Castle and Steven Breitenstein of Polk. She is also survived by twelve grandchildren; and six great grandchildren.
