He was predeceased by: his parents, Marvin W. Keener and Dorothy Keener (Phipps); and his sister Charlotte McFall. He is survived by: his siblings, Timothy Keener (Patti) of Cherry Tree, PA, Tina Dial (Roger) of Lexington Park, MD, Christine Wasser of Duncansville, PA and Brenda Davis (Paul) of Johnstown, PA.. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
