Chelednik (Portage, Pennsylvania), born in Carrolltown, Pennsylvania, who passed away on October 14, 2018, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Norbert Gray and Genevieve Gray (Shank); and her daughter Wendy Chelednik. She is survived by: her husband Dan Chelednik of Portage; her daughter Renee (John Rose) of Pittsburgh; and her grandchildren, Danielle Lahosky and Adam Lahosky.
