He was predeceased by: his father John W. Sherbine; his brother Mark; and his girlfriend Jennifer Smith. He is survived by: his mother Cheryl D. Sherbine (Richardson); his brothers, Keith (Barb) and Eric (Cindy); and his close friend Sarah Mitchell (Chicago). He is also survived by his niece and nephew, and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
