He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew Siedlarczyk and Helen Siedlarczyk (Kondis); his wife Marlene (Lesko); and his son Kevin. He is survived by: his siblings, James (Cindy), Helen Louise Bocci, Irene Geisbrecht (Rodney), Andrew, Carol Love (Patrick) and Gerald (Laura); and his sister-in-law Janet Buchinsky. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, cousins and in-laws.
