Kick; his siblings, Larry, Thomas, Donald Kick and Sonja Johnson; his wife Elaine Kick (Demko); his children, John M. Kick (Carey), Kristin Kick (Barry) and Michael S. Kick (Kristi); his siblings, Matthew Kick (Marsha), William Kick (Barbara) and April (Jack Patterson); his sisters-in-law, Cindy Eunice Kick and Diane Kick; and his aunts, Eda Mae Cook and Thelma "Toots" Prozialeck. He was also cherished by his 6 grandchildren and 9 Great grandchildren.
Family suggests memorial donations be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
