He was predeceased by: his father James A. Clouse. He is survived by: his mother Donna J. Holsinger (Baker) of Martinsburg; his son Nolan Clouse of Bellwood; and his siblings, Donald Dibert, David Dibert (Stacey), Dustin Clouse (Brittney), Kristen Clouse (Garrett Long) and Kayla Martin (Marvin). He is also survived by 14 nieces and nephews.
