We are sad to announce that on October 25, 2024, at the age of 55, Charles P. Skelly of Portage, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though his name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Charles leaves upon the hearts of his loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of his spirit and the richness of his legacy.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Sandra Skelly (Farabaugh); his mother Mary Ann (Mike Welcher); his stepsister Robin; his grandparents, Blair and Martha Skelly; and his brother Raymond Skelly. He was also cherished by his nieces and nephews.
