He was predeceased by: his parents, David Thomas and Maggie Thomas (Williams); his wife Helen Thomas; his daughter Sue Ellen Thomas; and his son-in-law Duane Semian.
He is survived by: his children, Debra Pliska (Peter), Sharon Semian and David Thomas (Lisa); his grandchildren, Mitchell, Cara, Peter, Kelly (Adam), Timothy (Ashlee), Alex and Cecily (Trey); his great grandchildren, Ethan, Tyler, Bailee, Paislee, James and Maxwell; and his sister-in-law Jean McGuire.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are suggested to either the Port Vue Fire Department, Police, or EMS.
