It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Valerie Ann Elbrecht (Port Vue, Pennsylvania), born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, who passed away on November 2, 2018, at the age of 54, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parent Edward Elbrecht; her sisters, Diane Ross and Genieve Boscia; and her nephew Timothy Ross. She is survived by: her parent Virginia Bik Elbrecht; her daughter Emily Elbrecht of Port Vue; and her siblings, Thomas Ross of Ambridge, Edward Elbrecht (Ingrid) of Germany, Jerome Ross of Pittsburgh, Walter Elbrecht (late Shirley) of North Carolina and Dolores Ficarri (Pete) of Pittsburgh. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
