Ronald William Farabaugh Obituary

Ronald William Farabaugh, age 61, of Port Vue, formerly of Mt. Oliver, died on Thursday, June 8, 2023. He was born in Pittsburgh on August 2, 1961 and is the son of the late John Patrick, Sr. and Jeanne C. Markunas Farabaugh. Ron loved his family and playing with his grandchildren. He was a fun, loving man, who enjoyed the outdoors, in particular fishing and camping, as well as drinking Budweiser beer. His favorite holiday was the Fourth of July and he loved watching and setting off fireworks.

Ron is survived by his wife, Kay Brown Farabaugh; daughters, Lorelle (William Haberjak) Farabaugh of Port Vue; Jacquelyn (Alex Wiand) Farabaugh of Natrona Heights; Tierney (Jesse Collins) Farabaugh of Brentwood; Kaleigh (Nicholas Wroniak) Farabaugh of Pittsburgh; Jacey (Aaron Rupinski) Farabaugh of Port Vue; grandchildren, Adelina; Delaney; Rylan; McKenna; Landon; Nicholas, Jr.; and siblings, John (Beth) Farabaugh, Jr. of Bethel Park; Jeanna (the late Frank) Fisher of Whitehall; Steve (Holly) Farabaugh of Pittsburgh; Joy Farabaugh of Philadelphia; and Tom (Janice) Farabaugh of New Jersey.

Family and friends will gather on Tuesday, June 13, 2023 from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Strifflers of White Oak Cremation and Mortuary Services, Inc., 1100 Lincoln Way, White Oak, PA 15131 (Sue Striffler Galaski, supervisor, 412-678-6177). Services will be held on Wednesday, June 14, 2023 at 10:00 a.m. in the funeral home chapel. Entombment will follow at Lebanon Chapel Mausoleum in West Mifflin.
