He is survived by : his friend Karen Tuttle; his children, Kelly Tuttle of West Mifflin and Raymond Tuttle Jr. of St. Louis, MO; his grandchildren, Kristy Lee Hall of West Mifflin, Anthony R. Hall of Glassport and Timothy Hall of Somerset; and his great grandchildren, Angelina, Aliyah, Kaylee and Mason.
