She was predeceased by : her parent Joseph Richel. She is survived by : her parent Freda Richel (Blaha); her husband George L. Poljak; her children, Debby Campbell (Gary) of Port Vue, Denise Baldrige (Rick) of North Huntingdon, Dawn Neilly (Les) of Monroeville and Dane Poljak (Sharon) of Canonsburg; and her grandchildren, Jaclyn, Casey, Jenna, Julia, Dylan, Natalie, Jordyn, Alena, Gage and Carly.
