She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Irwin and Mary Irwin (Nagy); her sons, Ralph, Jr. and Daniel Evanchak; her grandson Michael Evanchak; and her siblings, Barbara Jane, Arelia, Beryl, Audrey, Robert, Raymond, George, Thomas, Fred and William.
She is survived by: her husband Ralph Evanchak, Sr.; her daughters, Diane Mastrovich of Port Vue and Debra Evanchak; her grandchildren, Gene Crouch, Jr., Eliot Mastrovich, Jess Evanchak, Jessica Evanchak and Jennifor Evanchak; and her brothers, Albert Irwin and Ronnie Irwin (Linda). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
