She was predeceased by: her parent Lewis Joseph Smith; her stepfather Raymond Heidler; her son Richard A., Jr.; and her sister Karen Gribschaw. She is survived by: her parent Kathryn Smith Heidler (Ward); her spouse Richard A. Perhats, Sr.; her grandchildren, Tracy McElrone (James) of Harrison City and Brenda Seigler of North Versailles; and also Lou Smith (Terry) of Monroeville. She is also survived by many great grandchildren; brother.
