She is survived by: her husband Greg Lombardo; her daughters, Amber Bock (Jacob) and Ashlee Lombardo; her grandchildren, Hailey, Hannah Bock and Alexa Lombardo; and her brothers, Joseph, James Kish (Denise) and David Kish (Sharon). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
