She was predeceased by: her parents, E. Kenneth Palmquist and Jane Palmquist (Miller); and her husband Stanley P. Skiba. She is survived by: her daughter Amy Ewing (Jason); her granddaughters, Jenée Ewing (Dominic Bonacci) and Arianna Ewing (Ethan Rendulic); her siblings, Kenna Popeck (Stanley "Butch") and Philip Palmquist (Carole); her brother-in-law Thomas Skiba (Sandy); her nieces and nephews, Janet Kuzma, Keith Kuzma, Annika Jackowski (Brian), Lauren Palmquist (Jeffrey Ziegler), Kevin Skiba (Natalie) and Shawn Skiba; her great-nephews, Dylan, Joshua, Adam and Caleb; and her great-niece Savannah. She is also survived by many friends and neighbors.
Viewing was held on Sunday, December 29th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Gilbert Funeral Home and Crematory Inc. (1638 Lincoln Way, White Oak, PA 15131). A funeral service was held on Monday, December 30th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the same location.
