She was predeceased by: her parents, Salvatore "Sam" DePiero and Corrine "Helen" DePiero (Doratio); and her son Jared Jardanhazy. She is survived by: her husband Salvatore D'Appollonio; her children, Cynthia Kubala, Marie Chonko of West Mifflin, Elizabeth Berry of Niagara, Ontario, Tori Lynn Verbanick of Glassport and Jason Mehalcik of Glassport; and her brother Daniel DePiero of Glassport. She is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
