He was predeceased by: his parents, John E. "Babe" and Agnes Richel (Hoffmeister); his sister Lois Fairbaugh; and his brother-in-law William Brimacombe. He is survived by: his sisters, Patricia Brimacombe of Port Vue and Rosemary Bub (Thomas) of Fairfax, VA; and his friends, Ron and Don Swauger. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
