It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Joann L. Phillips of Port Vue, Pennsylvania, who passed away on February 6, 2025, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Reginald Tamblyn and Mary Tamblyn (Savage); and her siblings, Grace Gesing Ernst and Reginald Tamblyn. She is survived by: her husband James Phillips; her children, Amy Jo "AJ" Edkins (Bob) and Robert Phillips (Stephanie); her grandchildren, Olivia, Gavin Edkins, Zachary and Ella Phillips; and her sister Mary Lou Savage. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, February 10th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Willig Funeral Home & Crematory (220 9th St, McKeesport, PA 15132). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, February 11th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
