He was predeceased by: his parent Ellis Foster; his stepparent Cecilia Foster; his wife Janet E. Foster (Thompson); and his siblings, Alma Duncan, Dolores Bandemier, Ellis, Robert and Fred Foster.
He is survived by: his parent Anna Foster; his children, Karen Savage of Liberty Boro, Debbie Wright of Port Vue and David Foster of Port Vue; and his grandchildren, Lori Savage, Jennifer Keskin (Sabri), Matthew Savage, Heather Wright (Larry) and Brian Wright. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
