She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Osiecki and Mary Osiecki (Zydanowicz); and her siblings, Sally Gaidos (Steve), Justine Antkiewicz (Chey), Gertie Fox (Bill), Ben (Juanita), Norman (Jean) and Alfred Osiecki.
She is survived by: her significant other Charles "Chucky" Johnson; her niece Liz Fox (Joe) of Monroeville; her nephews, Jim Antkiewicz (Renee) of Center Township, Gary Osiecki (Rhonda) of Michigan and Kenneth Osiecki of Indiana; and her sisters-in-law, Eileen Pierce (Skip), Jeannie Hayes (Hank), Mary Biagini, Phyllis Reno and Dolly. She is also survived by other nieces and nephews and cousins.
