She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Carl J. Forgie and Una T. Forgie (Harris); her grandparents, Thomas, Isabelle Harris and Carlasue; her husband James M. Surgeon; her children, Carl James Surgeon (Linda Hoak) of Liberty Borough, Thomas Scott Surgeon of Washington, D. C. and Beth Ann (Martha Madeira) of Villanova; her granddaughter Jennifer Kress (Dan); her great grandchildren, Charlotte and Madeline Kress of Elizabeth Township; her brother Thomas Forgie (Linda) of Port Orange; her sister-in-law Carol Miskimmin of White Oak; and her pet Sofie. She was also cherished by nieces, nephews.
