She was predeceased by: her father Lewis A. Leonard. She is survived by: her mother Alma J. Leonard Doughten (Isenberg); her husband Dwaine F. "Brownie" Brown; and her children, Melissa S. Chesbro (Bryan Wilson), Michael L. Eash (Stephanie Moore), Jessica R. Funkhouser (Nathan Henry), Jeremy R. Eash and Dwaine "DJ" Brown, Jr.. She is also survived by ten grandchildren.
