Shelley (Milliken); his children, Adam Shelley (Lori) of Port Royal, Rachel Shelley of Port Royal and Daniel Shelley (Amanda) of Port Royal; his siblings, Heidi Rapp (Ronald) of East Salem, Robert Shelley (Susan) of Thompsontown, Andrew Shelley of Thompsontown and Brian Shelley of Thompsontown; and his grandchildren, Lilyann Shelley and North Shelley.
