She was predeceased by: her parent Jacob W. Zirwas of McDonald. She is survived by: her parent Marie Alexander Zirwas Phillips of McDonald; her husband Michael L. Allen; her sons, Sean A. Barnett of Eminence, KY and Michael I. Allen of Port Royal, PA; her stepson James M. Allen of Amarillo, TX.; her sister Cindy Colega (Sam) of McDonald, PA; her stepsister Wendy Jenkins of Aliquippa, PA.; her brother William J. Zirwas; her grandparents, Jacob Zirwas, Mary Zirwas, Camille Alexander and Louise Alexander; and her stepfather Richard A. Phillips.
