She was predeceased by: her parent James C.; her great grandchild Amanda Jane Meckley; her daughter-in-law Debra Meckley; and her siblings, Elizabeth Lightner, Alice Strunk, Virginia Saxion, Martin Packer, Warren Packer and James Packer.

She is survived by: her parent Ada J. Watson Packer; her spouse James A. Meckley; her children, Alice M. Rodkey (Tom), Arthur J. Meckley of Port Matilda and Barry L. Meckley (Lisa) of Lamar; her grandchildren, Brett Rodkey (Paula) of Alexandria, Melanie Hannon (Dan) of Julian, Justin Rodkey of Bloomsburg, Arthur L. Meckley (Chris) of Julian, Brock A. Meckley of Port Matilda, Todd Taylor of Beech Creek, Tiffany Wolfe (Mark) of New Jersey and Lenea Helm (Ryan) of Alexandria; and her siblings, Ethel L. Sager of Julian, Mary Lou Carlin of Snow Shoe and William Clark Packer of Snow Shoe.
