Fraley (Randy) of Pleasant Gap; his siblings, Thomas Neff (Mary) of Port Matilda, Kenneth Neff (Rhonda) of Julian, Lee Neff (Liz) of Julian, Roger Neff (Cindy) of Port Matilda, Cathy Ramsey of Port Matilda, Philip Neff (Terilyn) of Julian, Denise Meyers (Scott) of Mineral Point and Lisa Deibler (Douglas) of Bellefonte; his grandsons, Bryce H. Fisher and Ryan P Fraley; and his cousins, Jeff and Patty Houtz of Port Matilda.
