He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Kooch and Eileen Forrest Bupp; and his daughter Desiree Bupp. He is survived by: his wife Donna Burak; his grandson Ricky; and his siblings, Steve Bupp (Georgia) of Ellicott City, MD, Jeffrey Bupp (Bonnie) of Landenberg, Diane Sheridan (Mark) of Houston, TX and Kathy Thomas (Evan) of Frankford, DE.. He is also survived by 8 nieces and nephews, 12 great-nieces and nephews, and one great-great niece.
