He was predeceased by: his siblings, Suzanne and Mark. He is survived by: his wife Susan Howe; his stepdaughters, Melissa, Alena and Emily; his brother Robert Jr. (Wendy); and his nieces, Hope and Grace.
Neither Paul nor the family would want anyone to risk becoming ill during the pandemic.
