She was predeceased by: her parents, Michal Plywacz and Elzbieta Gajda; and her husband Joseph Warchal. She is survived by: her daughter Barbara "Basia" Costa (Robert A.) of Port Matilda; her grandsons, Christopher and Jason; her daughter Anna Bieniek (Walter) of Windsor; her granddaughters, Marta and Barbara; her great grandchild Grayson; her granddaughter Eve Stefanko (Leonard) of State College; and her great grandchildren, Benjamin and Scott.
