He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul C. Feathers and Velda P Feathers (Wellar); and his siblings, Dennis E. Feathers and Stella Breon. He is survived by: his wife Naomi R. Benedict; his children, Penny J. Szucs (Stephen) of Nottingham, NH and Robert P. "Bob" Feathers (Nixie) of Boalsburg; his sisters, Janet Feathers of Bellefonte and Deb Young (Michael) of Altoona; and his grandchildren, Skyler A. Szucs (Victoria), Ashley E. Szucs (Justin Taylor), Andrew P. Feathers, Deanna R. Feathers (D. D. Jeffrey) and Cyler J. Feathers. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
