She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul L. Frehn and Dorothy I. Frehn (Hart); her husband Herbert A. "Herb" Horner; her sons, Kenneth E. Horner and Daniel P. Horner; and her sister Geraldine A. Bannard.
She is survived by: her son Dr. Timothy H. Horner (Glenna) of Danville, IL; and her grandchildren, Alyssa M. Woodhull (Phillip), Timothy D. Horner (Julie Ann), Mark A. Horner (Alyssa), Stephen P. Horner (Julie), Cassie M. Beach (Matthew), Kendra S. Horner, Christopher T. Horner (Jessica), Daniel S. Horner, Bryan D. Horner (Faith), Kevin D. Horner (Tesia), Shannon E. Garrison (Jonathan), Aaron P. Horner, Megan A. Horner and Katelyn A. Horner. She is also survived by 21 great-grandchildren.
