She is survived by: her husband John L. Witherite, Sr.; her children, John Witherite, Jr. (Gail), Lisa Dreibelbis (Albert W. III) of Port Matilda and Barbara Barr (Travis) of State College; her siblings, Frances Shook, Joan Kormanic, Harold Harpster and Jim Harpster (Kathy); and her sister-in-law Ann Harpster. She is also survived by seven grandsons, and six great-grandchildren.
